I'm still working out the kinks in shipping. My policy is to refund shipping overages when applicable. Please contact me with concerns of this nature.

The majority of items will ship Internationally with the exception of the Mausoleum Cabinets.

Items that do not require customization will be shipped in three business days, unless specified.

Customized items could take up to a week or more to ship.

Customized Mausoleum cabinets may take up to a month and a half to ship, depending on back order.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments except First Class.

In addition to shipping, I also offer local pick up for Mausoleum Cabinets.

The cremation jewelry may incur a more lengthy ship time. Orders are normally shipped out within 72 hours and generally take about 2-4 weeks to arrive, as these items ship from global suppliers.
Return Policy
Shipping and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you with the return process.

We accept returns of all unopened items within 60 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees.

Once products are received we will send an email notifying you that the return has been received and that any refund has been processed.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
